防治颈椎病，身体“求救信号”别忽视（服务窗）

　　长期伏案、手机依赖、不良坐姿……颈椎病如今高发于职场，且呈年轻化趋势。颈椎病不仅是疼痛问题，还可能引发头晕、头痛、手臂酸麻无力，甚至出现视力模糊、睡眠障碍、精神状态变差等情况，严重影响生活质量。

　　颈椎病如何自测？有哪些防治方法？成都八一骨科医院骨四科（康复科）主任、副主任医师严致远介绍，当出现颈椎病时，身体会发出一系列“求救信号”，其中有些症状比较隐匿，容易被忽视。

　　判断是否患有颈椎病，有几个自测方法。一是判断颈部是否出现僵硬及疼痛。如早上起床时感觉脖子转动不灵活，僵硬感明显，稍微活动还会伴随疼痛。二是判断上肢是否出现酸麻无力。如果颈椎病变压迫到了神经根，就会导致上肢出现放射性疼痛、麻木等症状，从颈部沿着肩膀、手臂一直放射到手指，让你感觉手臂酸麻无力，拿东西都不稳。三是判断是否出现头晕头痛的症状。头晕发生在突然转头、抬头或低头时，感觉天旋地转，身体站立不稳，严重时可能会摔倒。头痛多发在枕部、顶部或颞部，有跳痛、胀痛、刺痛等多种形式。此外，颈椎问题还可能会对我们的视力、睡眠和精神状态产生影响，甚至引发焦虑、抑郁、烦躁等情绪问题。

　　严致远推荐了一套缓解颈椎不适的推拿方法：患者端坐，操作者在其身后。首先，操作者用手部虎口握住患者颈部，手指指腹向中间用力，抓揉30秒左右。接着，双手拇指放置于患者颈部，用拇指指腹沿着颈部两侧肌肉向下，做太极圆按揉10到15次。然后，操作者双手放在患者肩部，把肩部肌肉缓缓向上提起，重复该动作5到10次。最后，操作者双手手掌对撑，小指和无名指弯曲，食指及中指用“锤击法”在患者肩颈部叩击15次左右。要注意的是，操作时的力量以患者感到舒适为宜。

　　良好的生活习惯也非常重要。要保持正确的坐姿、站姿和睡姿，避免长时间低头、久坐，注意颈部保暖。建议每工作或学习1到2小时，就休息10到15分钟，放松颈部和肩部的肌肉。可以起身去倒杯水、去趟洗手间，或者做一些简单的伸展运动，如扩胸运动、弯腰运动等。
